Meredith DeSopo has worked as a teacher and also in the corporate world; yet has always had a strong intuitive sense and a gift for helping others. 

Meredith was introduced to Reiki in 2006. Since that time, she has held countless Reiki Hands on Sessions with clients, Taught all Levels of Reiki Classes, Facilitated Reiki Shares and Healing Circles, given public talks about Reiki and written and published articles about Reiki as well.  As a Reiki Master-Teacher, she can perform Reiki treatments on clients, and also teach others how to perform Reiki themselves. 

Reiki is a gentle, yet effective energy balancing method that can bring about healing and balance in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life through the use of gentle touch. 

Reiki is especially helpful to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as relieving physical pain.

Meredith is also a Nationally Certified Master Hypnotist and Past-Life Regression Therapist who also offers Hypnosis and Past Life Regression Sessions at her office location in the Lake Norman Area.  

Reiki and Hypnosis complement one another and can aid in pain reduction, increased relaxation and overall well being.  However, it is up to the client, which method(s) are used.

Meredith is eager to work with anyone who is ready to experience profound personal transformation and healing in their own life.

Meredith also volunteers regularly speaking about and giving demonstrations of Reiki at Hinds Feet Farm in Huntersville, North Carolina as well as other locations.
